This 3-pack of PT sessions is a great way to trial workouts with Lee and to begin to understand how you can improve your posture, movement and running using techniques designed for the human body.  In these 3 sessions, Lee will put you through a basic fitness assessment, begin to lay the foundations of strength movements, and establish areas on which to focus in order to ulock long-term gains. 


These sessions are 50 minutes and take place at Movement 190 in Wortley Village. This is a great gift idea for those special someones you may know that you'd like to see get moving, but need a little push...or for yourself and your significant other!
