These sessions are a great way to try out personal training, but also gives you enough of a taste to see some adaptations from your movement work. You will be put through an assessment and put on a foundational workout program, based on your goals and relative movement needs.


These sessions are 50 minutes and take place at Movement 190 in Wortley Village, or online via Zoom. This is a great gift idea for someone you may know that you'd like to see get moving, but needs a little push...or for yourself!


Upon purchase, Lee will be in contact to set up scheduling of sessions.
