• 8 sessions @ MVMNT 190  over 4 weeks

•restore essential muscle/ fascial line function, to allow for better basic positions/postures

• a full body "release" using Self-administered MFR techniques

•an intense "reset" for your underlying posture

 •learn the benefits of restoring basic breathing abilities and techniques

• this series teaches the basics of posture and to use with and transform your more intense movements

• can be done in groups of 2,3 or 4

ONE THING WE ALL HAVE IN COMMON HOWEVER, IS THAT WE ARE BUILT WITH THE SAME BIOMECHANICAL ABILITIES AND WAYS OF MOVING AND CAN MOVE MORE EFFICIENTLY AND PAIN FREE WHEN OUR UNDERLYING POSTURE IS PROMOTING FUNCTION!
